Goldman Sachs PFM
Paid Search Landing Page

Greater efforts were being made to connect qualified leads from paid search to local Goldman Sachs financial advisors. The user journey depended on whether or not the respondent has $250K in investible assets.

The User Journey

3 Landing Page Explorations

Under the direction of the Creative Director, I explored a standard input form and a colloquial form. The modules below the input form were currently on the website.

Challenge and Opportunity

My design below was selected, but we needed a scheduling interface to connect leads with a financial advisors.  To expedite the launch of the page, the team was leaning towards a design where the user would type in a date and time within a scheduling form. I proposed adding a calendar widget for an easier user experience, but was informed my idea would require more dev time.

Without Calendar Widget

Landing Page - Version 2
With Calendar Widget

I felt strongly that the calendar widget would more easily enable the user to schedule an appointment, and that it would greatly boost conversion rates. I created a version with a calendar in the hope that if the team saw it, they would believe this solution is worth the extra time to develop.

The Outcome

The team chose the calendar interface and saw the value in the ease for the end-user. The paid-search landing page with calendar functionality is currently being developed.
