The Arlon website needed a complete overhaul, with a greater emphasis on helping the average customer find a printable vinyl for their project. Our new visual approach led with customer photos of finished projects and intuitively grouped Arlon products together. The application-first direction was a stark departure from the jargon-filled product pages we had previous to the refresh.
I helped develop the product finder, a key interactive component to help narrow down recommended products for users who might feel overwhelmed by the many product choices. The product finder is still used by Arlon to this day.
